While you are staying at The Hotel Faust, you must stop in at The Faust Brewing Company, the only microbrewery in New Braunfels, which opened in the summer of 1998. The copperclad brewing facility is right at home in the original beer garden of The Faust Hotel. The bar and tables are topped with Texas Pearl Granite surrounded in rich mahogany.

We use only the finest malted barley, hops, and yeast to produce our beers served directly from our tanks. The Faust Brewing Company has up to four beers on tap at a time. Favorites include Walter's Brown ale, Faust Hefeweisen Wheat Beer, and the Dizzy Blonde Ale.
